1 egg
Habanero Olive Oil
Habanero Hot
Devil Salt
Tomato

Use the shot glass (upside down) to remove the center of the bread. Add oil to the pan and rub bread on both sides, turn on heat and brown bread slightly on either side. Once brown, crack egg into the center of the bread and let cook on medium heat, sprinkle with Devil Salt. Flip bread and egg and let yolk cook but remain runny. Dice tomato (avocado) and add Habanero Hot Sauce. Remove egg, cover with tomato and hot sauce and serve!
