Guiltless Cordon Bleu

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

6 slices ham

6 slices swiss cheese

1 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp Honey Mustard

Directions:

Pound chicken flat. Place 1 piece of ham and cheese on each breast. Roll

up each breast and hold together with toothpicks.

Place gathered end of chicken down in baking dish. Mix one cup chicken

brooth and 1 tbsp honey mustard together and add to bottom of baking

dish. Cover with foil and cook on 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove

and use remaining tbsp of honey mustard to glaze each breast before

serving.
